What to Expect

My one-on-one coaching approach allows for a safe, comfortable space for you to freely share what is coming up for you. I am passionate about helping people on their wellness journey, and I meet you where you are.

Together we explore what feels right for you. 

I am here to support you and help you gain compassion for yourself. How you feel is important to me. I believe there are no quick fixes, and every day we love ourselves back to being and feeling well! Thank you for being brave and for taking the first step in taking care of yourself.

  • One-on-One Life Coaching

    During our one-on-one coaching session, we can talk about what is coming up for you. This may look like overwhelm, your inner critic or issues in relationships, at work, with loved ones, with food, with money…whatever is bubbling up for you. I will be there to guide you on your journey back to self to discover what your heart and soul want you to know by using The Adult Chair® model. These are one-hour Zoom sessions.   • Private Small Group Outdoor Fitness Classes

    These classes are one-hour classes, which include a warm up, a full-body workout with a combination of strength, cardio and high intensity (HIIT) and a cool down. Workouts are designed for all levels of fitness—no experience necessary! We are here to move our bodies and have fun! Contact me at shelleyo684@gmail.com to arrange your private small group class with your besties! Classes are offered from May to September in the Greater Toronto Area.

  • Perimenopause and Menopause Group Coaching

    Find out where you are in the pause—or better yet, come learn about the pause before it says hello to you in this four-week online coaching program! In our weekly one-hour Zoom calls, you will learn about menopause archetypes, baseline nutrition for this time of your life, exercise and movement, mindset and lifestyle.   • One-on-One Holistic Nutrition Coaching

    This program is designed specifically for you! A personalized toolkit will be developed for you over the course of our eight weeks together. We will explore food, sleep, movement, mindset and relationships to equip you with your very own playbook to feel your best! We will have weekly check-ins to keep you on track!
